Bianchi scores and celebrates
An impressive full debut from Kelvin Etuhu couldn’t stop the rot for City away from home. It was a good display from the Blues and they were unlucky to go a goal behind from a contraversial Chimbonda goal which he clearly handballed past Isaksson from an offside position.
Seeing the need to push for an equaliser Sven sent on Bianchi to go 4-4-2 and within 3 minutes the Italien equalised with a bullet header.
City were now pushing forward looking for a winner however Stephen Ireland was sent off 9 minutes from time for a brash two footed tackle and a minute later Defoe scored his first goal of the season to win it for Spurs
Steven Ireland is sent off
handball and offside but the Spurs goal stood
