…It was miserable City performance, with almost the whole team looking jaded and ready for the summer break. Boro’ on the other hand looked an impressive outfit, scoring a goal in each half.
Proctor put them in front after 20 minutes and then Burns made it 2-0 in the 61st minute to finish off a Craggs-Cochrane move.
For City, Watson and Viljoen grafted endlessly but to no avail. City’s day was summed up by the move which ended with Hartford missing an open goal.
